The Inclusion Hub warmly invites you to a calming, dream-inspired sensory space designed for adults and families. Immerse yourself in soft lights, soothing soundscapes, and gentle activities that encourage rest, reflection, and imagination.
Join us on Saturday 13 September at Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre!
Led by sound healer Ananda and storyteller Rachel, this peaceful retreat offers a chance to unwind, explore affirmations, and reconnect with your inner calm — all at your own pace.
Come as you are, stay as long as you wish during the one hour session. Breathe, restore, and step into dreams!
